Ensure precise and safe brake maintenance with VIKTEC’s professional range of Brake Tools. Our extensive catalog includes Pneumatic Brake Bleeders, Master Caliper Wind-Back Kits, and precision Pipe Flaring Tools. Manufactured from durable Chrome Vanadium (CR-V) and sandblasted carbon steel, our tools are engineered to service both traditional disc/drum systems and modern Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) calipers found on Audi, BMW, Ford, and Honda vehicles.
Brake repair leaves no room for error. Using substandard tools can lead to damaged piston seals, stripped bleeder screws, or leaking brake lines. At Ningbo Dicong Machinery (VIKTEC), we prioritize safety above all. Our brake tools undergo rigorous pressure testing and dimensional inspection to ensure they meet international safety standards, providing peace of mind for mechanics and workshop owners.

Our Universal Caliper Wind-Back Kits (18pcs/22pcs/35pcs) are updated annually to fit the latest models:
A C-clamp simply compresses the piston, which works for front calipers. However, for rear calipers with an integrated parking brake mechanism, the piston must be rotated while compressing. Using a C-clamp here will destroy the self-adjusting mechanism.
The VIKTEC Solution: Our Wind-Back Kits include both Left-Hand and Right-Hand thrust bolt assemblies with magnetic plates. This ensures the tool engages the piston slots perfectly, rotating it back into the housing without damaging the internal threads.
Leaks often occur because the flaring tool clamp slips or the cone is misaligned, creating an uneven flare face. This is common with cheap cast-iron tools.
How VIKTEC Fixes This: We manufacture our flaring bars using CNC-machined steel blocks with strict tolerance control. Our cones are hardened to maintain their shape. This ensures every flare—whether SAE double or DIN bubble—is perfectly centered and smooth, guaranteeing a leak-free seal on copper or steel brake lines.
Yes, but the traditional “pump the pedal” method requires two people. To do it alone, you need a Vacuum Brake Bleeder or a Pressure Bleeder.
VIKTEC Product Spotlight: Our Pneumatic Brake Fluid Bleeders utilize shop air to create a powerful vacuum. We use high-quality silicone hoses and universal rubber adapters that create an airtight seal on the bleeder nipple, preventing air bubbles from re-entering the system and allowing for a fast, one-man operation.
Yes. Modern vehicles require the EPB system to be set to “Service Mode” before the piston can be pushed back. While diagnostic scanners do this electronically, the piston still needs physical compression. VIKTEC provides updated adapter sets (including 3-pin and 4-pin discs) specifically designed to fit the latest EPB calipers on Volvo, Jaguar, and BMW models.
