Description:
The VT13736C 110PC Metric Tap and Die Set is designed for cutting, repairing and cleaning metric internal and external threads during automotive, mechanical, equipment and general workshop applications. The set includes thirty-five taper taps, thirty-five plug taps and thirty-five split round dies covering coarse and fine metric thread sizes from M2 to M18. Two die stocks, two adjustable tap wrenches and one T-handle tap wrench provide suitable tool control for different thread sizes and working positions. The split round dies allow fine adjustment of the cutting diameter to support thread fitting and restoration work. All components are organized in a blow mold case for convenient identification, transportation and professional workshop storage.
